Cybersecurity Analyst (f/m/d) Your Tasks
- Monitor security alerts and vulnerabilities with the SOC and respond to incidents (malware, phishing, unauthorized access)
- Perform forensic analysis, identify root causes, and coordinate remediation with IT teams
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, prioritize risks, and support patching with global IT teams
- Maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation and manage security tools (e.g., exposure and vulnerability management)
- Support compliance with security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2)
- Conduct risk assessments, recommend improvements, and maintain security performance ratings
- Prepare security reports on threats, trends, and risk status for stakeholders
- Promote security best practices, deliver awareness training, and support audits and compliance reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, GIAC) are a plus
- Experience with SIEM and vulnerability scanning tools, as well as knowledge of system and network security, encryption, and secure coding
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain security topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to security incidents
- Good communication skills in English; German and/or French are a plus
