Software Test Automation Specialist (all genders)

YOUR ROLE

• Design test architectures: Develop and maintain test automation architectures and ensure the quality of business-critical software.
• Implement and monitor tests: Implement automation solutions, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, generate test data and execute automated test cases, document deviations and coordinate their resolution with the development team.
• Coordinate teams and load tests: Lead small teams of technical testers, implement test scenarios for load tests and ensure they are executed efficiently.
• Advise stakeholders: Support users in specialist departments and development teams with questions about software quality and testing measures.
• Support test planning: Contribute to the planning and control of test tasks by providing estimates and status reports. Train new team members: Support new testers in their induction and share your knowledge to continuously improve the testing process.

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional qualifications: A degree or diploma in computer science or business informatics forms the basis for this role.
• Experience in test automation and load testing: You have at least two years of practical experience in IT projects.
• Knowledge of programming languages: You are proficient in at least two programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C# or Python.
• Know-how in automation and load testin: You have in-depth knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, REST Assured or Tricentis Tosca, as well as load testing tools such as Apache JMeter or Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• Versioning and interfaces: Familiarity with versioning systems such as Git or SVN and standards such as REST and SOAP are part of your skill set.
• Education & Language skills: University degree in the field of IT & Fluent German and at least conversational English skills.
