Description
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and frameworks as per regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular security audits
- Identify cyber security risks and implement security controls.
- Vulnerability Management and Threat Detection
- Security Event log monitoring
- Develop and maintain Cyber Security Assessment and Authorization (Accreditation) documentation suite.
- Assess security control effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in cyber security / information technology OR related experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in Cyber security risk management / policy development/ governance.
- Strong knowledge of security audit, documentation development, vulnerability management and security event monitoring.
- Already hold and ability to maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an Australian Citizen!
- Ability to work at HMAS Watson, in Watson’s Bay – onsite, full time
- Industry certifications like CISA, ISO Lead Implementer / auditor or similar are desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
