Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Security Architect to lead the design, governance, and security of enterprise AI capabilities within the CISO organization. This role ensures secure, scalable, and compliant adoption of AI technologies (including GenAI, ML models, and agentic systems) while managing emerging cyber risks.

The AI Security Architect defines enterprise guardrails, Security controls, and security-by-design principles for AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI security strategy aligned with business and cybersecurity priorities.
• Design secure architectures for AI/ML platforms, generative AI, and AI-driven applications.
• Develop and maintain AI security reference architectures, patterns, and standards.
• Embed security controls across the full AI lifecycle (data, training, deployment, monitoring).
• Conduct AI-specific threat modeling and risk assessments (e.g., prompt injection, adversarial attacks).
• Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, policies, and ethical AI principles.
• Protect sensitive data across AI systems and prevent data leakage and misuse.
• Define monitoring and detection strategies for AI-related risks and integrate into security tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business, AI, and engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging AI security technologies and support enterprise-scale AI adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in cybersecurity architecture across cloud, data, application, and identity domains.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including GenAI, LLMs, and model lifecycle.
• Knowledge of AI-specific threats such as prompt injection, adversarial ML, and data poisoning.
• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI services.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business impact.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, including architecture roles.
• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
