Basic Qualifications

  • An understanding of Cyber Security implementations and Risk Management Framework (RMF) (SP 800-53)
  • An understanding and hands on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, VMware, Linux and Windows operating systems, networking
  • Knowledge of Ansible, PowerShell, and Python
  • Experience RMF with Body of Evidence management
  • Technical curiosity to learn new skills and are ready to help across the team
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning and/or patching
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required

Are you ready to further your career in Cyber Security by working for one of the top companies in the world? This position is for a Cyber Systems Security Engineering Manager. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, team-oriented, and collaborative Cyber engineering team that leads the ECHO program at the Valley Forge Campus in PA.

The Selected Candidate Will

  • Direct Cyber proposal, planning, and execution tasks.
  • Approve timecards.
  • Monitor compliance training.
  • Process promotion/job actions.
  • Conduct goals/performance assessment activities.
  • Submit/process awards and recognition.
  • Recruit/retain qualified Cyber engineers.
  • Coordinate and forecast new work for program(s) within area(s) of responsibility.

These responsibilities are in addition to the candidate's hands on technical role. Please see the basic qualifications to understand what the technical role entails.

Desired Skills

  • Strong understanding of System Security Engineering (SSE) principals and process.
  • Advanced Understanding of Risk Management Frame Work (RMF) NIST SP 800-53
  • Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems (i.e., (2019/2022)
  • Knowledge of Linux Administration (RH7.x, RH8.x, RH9.X)
  • Familiarity Micro service architecture
  • Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, API’s, Jenkins, Github and Gitlab
  • Jira and Confluenc
