AI Security & Governance Architect / Consultant

As the AI Security & Governance Architect / Consultant you will act as a trusted expert supporting the design, governance, and implementation of secure AI solutions. This role is driven by new strategic AI security initiatives in a regulated financial environment, offering you the opportunity to shape how AI is securely designed and adopted from the ground up. 

Practical Information:

Location: Budapest, Hungary | Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office per week) | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Hungary | Language Requirements: fluent/professional level of Hungarian and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and shape AI security initiatives with a focus on secure architecture and solution design
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of AI security frameworks and governance models
• Provide expert advisory on Microsoft technologies, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across security, architecture, and business teams
• Apply a risk-based approach to AI solution design and implementation

Job Requirements

• Experience in IT Architecture, IT Security, or IT Consulting roles
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-related services
• Understanding of Microsoft security solutions (e.g., Defender, Purview) and Power Platform architecture
• Knowledge of security standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AI Act, ISO 27001/42001, NIST, DORA)
• Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and working in structured, compliance-driven environments
• Strong collaboration skills, with a continuous learning mindset and adaptability in a rapidly evolving AI landscape
