As a Senior Product Owner – Product Cybersecurity Portfolio, you will play a key role in shaping how cybersecurity is delivered across our product landscape. In this strategic position, you will drive portfolio priorities, optimize resource allocation, and ensure successful execution of cybersecurity initiatives across multiple product groups.
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and managing the Product Cybersecurity portfolio across all product groups
- Establishing and maintaining a unified enterprise-wide cybersecurity backlog
- Defining and aligning priorities within and across product organizations
- Supporting resource allocation decisions in capacity-constrained environments
- Aligning competing stakeholder interests and resolving prioritization conflicts
- Collaborating closely with R&D leaders and Product Responsible functions
- Driving portfolio execution, including scope, schedule, dependencies, and risk management
- Ensuring development activities are aligned with business objectives, product risks, and regulatory requirements
- Providing transparency on portfolio status, risks, and delivery performance
- Representing Product Cybersecurity in senior leadership and R&D governance forums
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Have several years of experience in Product Ownership, Program Management, or Portfolio Management
- Have worked in complex engineering or product development environments
- Bring experience in product cybersecurity, information security, or safety-critical systems
- Have a proven track record of managing multiple projects or complex portfolios simultaneously
- Demonstrate excellent prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Are experienced in stakeholder management, including collaboration with senior leadership
- Have experience working in scaled agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
- Are willing to work in a hybrid setup (3 days office / 2 days home office per week)
It is a plus if you have:
- Experience in the automotive industry or other highly regulated sectors
- Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity and compliance requirements
- Experience with enterprise-level resource and capacity planning
- Exposure to international and cross-functional organizations
