Lenovo Solutions Services Group (SSG) is expanding its cloud‑native and AI‑enabled platforms and is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design and operate secure, scalable, and automated engineering pipelines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that security is embedded by design while enabling continuous delivery for highly distributed, data‑intensive systems. You will collaborate closely with Backend, Frontend, and AI/ML engineering teams in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls and automation
- Embed DevSecOps practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring security by design
- Design and secure cloud‑native, containerized platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) principles
- Implement and operate secure secrets management, access controls, and identity models
- Build and maintain observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure platform reliability
- Manage software release pipelines, artifact storage, promotion, and deployment workflows
- Partner with engineering teams to improve DevOps maturity, security awareness, and operational excellence
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab, Jenkins, or Bitbucket
- Strong experience with containers and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of secure SDLC principles, DevSecOps methodologies, and cloud‑native architectures
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash
- Experience working in distributed, cross‑functional, and international engineering teams
- Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
