What you'll be doing

You'll partner with clients to understand their identity and access management challenges before designing and delivering solutions that improve security, governance and operational efficiency. From solution architecture and implementation through to optimisation and advisory work, you'll play a key role across the full project lifecycle. You'll also contribute to technical leadership, mentor junior consultants, support business development where appropriate and help shape new service offerings as the IAM practice continues to grow.

Your background

• Proven experience delivering Identity and Access Management solutions within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with one or more leading IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, IBM Security Verify or similar.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Identity Management (IDM) and broader identity security principles.
• Knowledge of technologies such as SSO, MFA, PAM, CIAM or directory services, with the ability to recommend solutions aligned to client requirements.
• Experience engaging with technical and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Strong consulting, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.

Desirable experience

• Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise applications and cloud environments.
• Relevant industry or vendor certifications.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory compliance or modern identity architecture.
