We are seeking an experienced AI Security Engineer to join a Cyber Engineering & Architecture function and help define, implement, and strengthen enterprise AI security capabilities.

This is a hands-on cybersecurity role focused on securing AI adoption, protecting AI systems, and building practical security controls to manage emerging AI risks. You will work closely with Cyber, Engineering, AI, and Technology teams to ensure AI solutions are designed, deployed, and operated securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI security controls to protect AI applications, models, platforms, and services.
• Establish visibility and oversight of AI usage, including identifying and managing shadow AI risks.
• Provide security oversight for Agentic AI solutions and MCP gateways.
• Perform AI security assessments, threat modelling, and secure design reviews.
• Define and implement practical technical controls to mitigate AI security risks
• Prompt injection attacks, Model poisoning, Model inversion, AI misuse.
• Improve AI security monitoring, risk visibility, and control effectiveness.

Required Experience

• 8+ years’ experience in cybersecurity, with strong experience in security engineering, cloud security, application security, or security architecture.
• Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems, platforms, or applications.
• Experience designing and implementing cybersecurity controls rather than focusing only on assessments or documentation.
• Experience conducting threat modelling and secure architecture reviews.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of AI attack methods and AI threat landscapes.
• Experience with AI governance requirements and regulatory environments, including the EU AI Act.
• Experience securing emerging AI technologies such as autonomous AI agents and AI gateways.
• Relevant certifications such as: CISSP,CCSP,AI security certifications
