Senior Cybersecurity Standards & Procedures Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Standards & Procedures Officer to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's cybersecurity governance framework. This role is responsible for supporting the global implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), as well as certification and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, DORA, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), NIS2, and other applicable cybersecurity, regulatory, and risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Translating regulatory and industry framework requirements into practical, actionable security standards, controls, and procedures.
• Performing regulatory requirement mapping, control assessments, and gap analyses to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Coordinating cybersecurity governance activities across business and technology functions, ensuring consistent implementation of security controls.
• Partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive security compliance, risk mitigation, and governance initiatives.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and control effectiveness.
• Supporting internal and external audits, ISO/IEC 27001 certification activities, and ongoing audit readiness.
• Monitoring changes in relevant regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure the cybersecurity governance framework remains current and effective.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), preferably within a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, DORA, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and related cybersecurity frameworks and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience developing cybersecurity standards, policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Experience performing control mapping, compliance assessments, and gap analyses.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a complex, international environment.
