DevSecOps Engineer

For one of our international Client we are looking for a Professional DevSecOps Engineer.

• Hybrid in Wroclaw (at least 2 days in the office)
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: 28/05/2027 (+ extensions)
• Full-time

Scope:

• Design, build, and maintain AppSec platform tooling, automations, and security capabilities.
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows (SAST, DAST, secrets, vulnerability management, IaC, cloud security).
• Collaborate with development teams to improve secure software delivery and platform standards.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support PI Planning, remove blockers, and promote agile ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement of AppSec platform processes, tooling, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain DevSecOps automations, templates, and internal tools.
• Implement security controls across CI/CD, cloud, containers, and infrastructure.
• Define technical standards, documentation, and implementation guides.
• Support Scrum delivery, stakeholder alignment, and agile best practices.
• Mentor teams on secure development and continuous improvement.

Skills:

• Strong experience in DevSecOps, Application Security, Platform or Cloud Engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, SSDLC, SAST, DAST, secrets management, vulnerability management, IaC, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation.
• Good understanding of OWASP, secure design, threat modeling, microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and APIs.
• Experience facilitating Scrum/agile ceremonies and working with Jira/Azure DevOps or similar.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
