SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with application security tooling, specifically managing Snyk and Veracode environments.

✔️Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide tool migrations and successfully onboarding cross-functional development teams.

✔️Strong analytical capability to assess current security configurations and accurately map them to new platform equivalents.

✔️Exceptional technical communication skills with the ability to create and maintain comprehensive runbooks and documentation.

✔️Meticulous attention to detail for tracking migration metrics, providing executive reporting, and resolving transition-related issues.

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️8+ years of overarching IT experience functioning as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst in complex environments.

✔️Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and DevOps integration points.

✔️Experience presenting project progress and key performance indicators to senior stakeholders.

✔️Strong training and mentorship capabilities to confidently guide technical teams on new platform usage.

✔️Ability to autonomously coordinate cross-functional efforts within a highly matrixed, hybrid organizational structure.

POSITION OVERVIEW

✔️We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to drive a critical enterprise-wide security tooling migration initiative across a hybrid work model.

✔️This pivotal role focuses on transitioning application security scanning capabilities from Veracode to the Snyk platform.

✔️The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between security engineering and development teams to ensure seamless platform adoption and minimal operational disruption.

✔️This engagement requires a strategic communicator who can gracefully manage stakeholder expectations while executing detailed technical mapping and configuration tasks.

✔️Please note: All final candidates must successfully clear a comprehensive background verification (BGV) prior to onboarding.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Spearhead the strategic onboarding of multiple development teams, proactively engaging stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition from Veracode to Snyk.

✔️Conduct detailed technical assessments of existing Veracode configurations and architect accurate, equivalent setups within the Snyk ecosystem.

✔️Develop, manage, and distribute comprehensive migration documentation, including technical runbooks, standard operating procedures, and configuration guides.

✔️Monitor migration progress meticulously, providing transparent reporting, key metrics, and status updates to senior leadership.

✔️Provide ongoing technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting support to development teams to maximize the adoption and efficacy of the new security platform.
