Responsibilities 2 :
- Design, build, and kaizen industry-wise (or global) countermeasures for frauds through external/internal collaborations
- Contribute Anti-Cyber Crime Office in engineering and cyber defense perspectives
- Build and maintain tools and applications for automation and analysis in anti-phishing/anti-fraud
- OSINT and fraud research via public, commercial, and closed media and communications
- CSIRT activities for phishing/fraud sites, campaigns, or cases
- Data analysis and research on Rakuten data sources for law enforcement action or fraud cases
Required Skills 2 :
- Engineering and technical operation experience for at least 3 years in cybersecurity/cybercrime, or relevant knowledge/experience
- Practical knowledge and experience in programming languages with at least 3 years experience: Python
- Practical knowledge and experience in SQL
- Deep understanding and professional experience in protocols used by criminals in fraud including HTTP, TLS, SMTP, DNS
- Customer first, team-worker, passion for contribution for continuous enhancement
- Understanding and commitment to Code of Ethic
- Experience as a leader in teams or projects
Desired Skills 2 :
- Practical knowledge and experience in multiple programming languages : Java, C/C++, C#, Go Lang, Python, Ruby, Perl, bash, or Powershell
- Experience in anti-fraud activities and response
- Professional experience in OOP
- Experience of development, operation, or incident response in B2C or B2B service
- CSIRT experience
- Understanding for Japanese laws and regulations about cybercrime and authorized access (Japanese or English)
- Japanese skills in reading, writing, and communication with Japanese members (JPNT:N1-3)
Language Skills 2 :
- Japanese : Business level
- English : Business level (ex: TOEIC 800 or higher)
