We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a cybersecurity analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, identifying, analyzing, and responding to potential security incidents and threats. You will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's information systems and data. This role will support the cybersecurity efforts of the law firm and will report to the Information TechnologyDirector. This position is a hybrid role based out of the Lancaster, PA office.

- Monitor and analyze security events, logs, and incidents to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security assessments, internal email security tests, and vulnerability scans to identify weaknesses in the company's systems and infrastructure.
- Maintain and monitor security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and encryption tools.
- Develop and update incident response plans and procedures.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, perform forensic analysis, and take appropriate action to contain and mitigate risks.
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, news, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on security-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in the design and implementation of security controls and strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a cybersecurity analyst or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of network and cyber security principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS.
- Strong understanding of security incident response and forensic analysis.
- Experience with security assessment tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- One or more security certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing, depending on the nature of the role, and working on a computer or phone system.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, handling paperwork, and operating standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, scanners, multi-line phones).
- Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking clearly and hearing adequately in person and via phone.
- Regular movement throughout the office, including walking, bending, reaching, and retrieving files or supplies.
- Ability to lift and carry office materials, files, or packages up to approximately 15-20 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Ability to maintain focus and organization while managing routine tasks, interruptions, and multiple priorities.
