Cyber Security Technical Leader at BairesDev

In this role, you'll protect our digital infrastructure, data, and AI-driven platforms from evolving cyber threats. Leading security initiatives across the organization, you'll design, implement, and monitor security measures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems. What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and monitor security measures to protect digital infrastructure, data, and AI-driven platforms.
• Monitor systems, networks, and applications for suspicious activity and security incidents.
• Develop and implement security controls to prevent unauthorized access and attacks.
• Lead security initiatives and projects across the organization.
• Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of systems and data.
• Mentor and guide security team members in best practices and emerging threats.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven experience designing and implementing security controls and measures.
• Background in monitoring systems, networks, and applications for security threats.
• Experience leading security teams or initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
