Who we are

We are responsible for establishing security review frameworks to ensure the safe delivery of services at Hyundai Motor Company. Also, we perform security analysis and management across the entire SDLC, from the planning stage of application services to post-release operation.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead application security for all Web, API, and Mobile App services developed at Hyundai Motor Company, including establishing security architectures, defining security requirements, performing threat modeling, and conducting vulnerability analysis to ensure secure service delivery. It is focused on planning and operating IT security review processes, as well as proactively identifying and mitigating security risks in large-scale service environments.

■ Application Vulnerability Analysis & Architecture Review

  • Reviewing and providing guidance on application security architecture
  • Performing vulnerability assessment, analysis, and incident response for Web and Mobile applications
  • Developing application security guidelines
  • Analyzing and responding to application vulnerability reports (e.g., bug bounty submissions)
  • Establishing and managing Key and Credential security policies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in vulnerability assessment and security review
  • Strong capabilities in Web/Mobile application vulnerability analysis and secure code review
  • Solid understanding of security risk assessment
  • Ability to provide practical remediation guidance considering real-world service environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in vulnerability assessment and security review within large-scale IT service environments (Web/Mobile)
  • Recognized achievements in domestic or international hacking competitions (e.g., CTFs) or bug bounty programs
  • Hands-on software development experience using various programming languages
  • Practical experience in application threat modeling
