DevSecOps Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or related role.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD processes, infrastructure automation, and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willing to be on standby outside regular working hours, including weekends, when required.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines to support software development and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize containerized environments and orchestration platforms.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Monitor application performance, system health, and security events across environments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure and reliable software delivery.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices, including security integration throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance-related issues.
• Maintain technical documentation related to infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing security controls and best practices within CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud security, container security, and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications are a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure and mission-critical applications.
• Knowledge of security monitoring, compliance standards, and DevSecOps governance practices.
