Why Join: 100% remote work - Work virtually from any location within the United States Complete Control Over Your Schedule - Flexible work schedule (school-day, after-school, evening, and weekend sessions) No Billing Insurance - Sessions are funded by the schools so there's more time to focus on therapy No Show Protection - Partial reimbursement for no shows & cancellations within 24 hrs We support you the way you support the students - Open Office Hours - Receive an annual $200 Contract Stipend - Paid Cross-Licensing Fees Responsibilities: - Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients - Help students improve their overall mental health and well-being - 90% clinical services / 10% administrative responsibilities Requirements: - Independent license OR supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or similar) - Experience working with children in the K-12 age range - Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms - Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection - Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services and list Gaggle as an additional insured Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of counseling experience - Bilingual (Spanish) - Dual-state licensure is a plus!
