Mission
We are seeking a Cybersecurity System Engineer combining strong system administration expertise with specialized cybersecurity skills across Linux infrastructure, Active Directory, Docker, and secure Kubernetes platforms.This role requires both the technical depth of infrastructure management and the security mindset needed to deliver hardened and resilient systems through vulnerability management and container platform security.
Key Accountabilities
Infrastructure Hardening & Security:
- Linux system administration and security hardening (Red Hat, AlmaLinux, SUSE, Ubuntu).
- Active Directory administration with a security focus, including Group Policy hardening, auditing, and privilege management.
- Hands-on vulnerability management experience across systems and containers (Nessus, OpenVAS, Trivy).
- Docker administration and secure container environment management.
- Secure Kubernetes cluster deployment and administration through Rancher.
- Implementation of container security controls, including network policies, runtime protection, and secure configuration practices.
- Support security audits and infrastructure security assessments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure security practices.
Qualifications
Mandatory Technical Requirements
- Expert Linux system administration with security hardening experience.
- Advanced Active Directory administration including security best practices.
- Hands-on Docker administration in production environments.
- Hands-on vulnerability management experience across systems and containers (Nessus, OpenVAS, Trivy).
- Experience configuring network devices including switches and firewalls.
- Automation using Ansible and Terraform.
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments
- Virtualization platform administration experience (VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE).

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €32,000 and €42,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
