- Working knowledge of web servers, web applications, and multi-tier application design
- Experience working with application vulnerability scanners and penetration tools
- Ability to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical & non-technical staff
- Familiarity with web application security flaws such as those documented in the OWASP Top 10
- Experience with application development and system development life cycle
- Experience leading large enterprise projects requiring ability to educate and mentor members of project team
- Experience preparing reports to management related to progress of activities.
- Ability to perform information systems assessments to verify policy compliance and security standards are in place.
- Experience recommending strategies for re-engineering information systems
- Experience with app security policies and standards
- Experience with secure coding and development best practices
- Experience developing N Tier applications
