Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced One Identity Developer to join our Identity & Access Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for Design and implement One Identity Manager workflows, processes, and integrations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into practical, business-aligned outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement One Identity Manager workflows, processes, and integrations with HR systems, directories, and applications.
- Configure access request, entitlements, roles, certifications, and policy components within the One Identity Manager platform.
- Develop custom rules, scripts, and connectors to extend One Identity Manager behavior and meet business requirements.
- Configure access governance and recertification campaigns, including remediation, exceptions, and audit-ready reporting.
- Work with security, IAM, and application teams to map business roles, access models, and risk controls using One Identity Manager.
- Develop and handle onboarding new applications and systems into the One Identity Manager environment.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration baselines for the One Identity Manager solution.
- Provide guidance and escalation support to L2/L3 support teams and end users of the One Identity Manager platform.
- Strong 4-5 years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager.
- Experience in setting up One Identity Manager full components and basic installation of the solution
- Certifications on One Identity Manager
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, entitlements, access lifecycle, provisioning, and de‑provisioning.
- Proficiency in scripting / integration (e.g., PowerShell, web services, REST APIs, LDAP, SQL) to customize and automate One Identity workflows.
- Hands‑on experience with identity connectors, HR source systems, directories (AD, LDAP), and target applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to debug One Identity jobs, approvals, and policy results.
- Familiarity with audit and compliance (e.g., segregation of duties, access reviews, least‑privilege governance).
- Good communication skills to explain technical decisions to business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong documentation capabilities, including HLD, LLD, Run books, and User Manuals.
