Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for a Web Application Security Engineer.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: contract

FTE: full-time

Contract length: till the end of the year with the possibility of prolongation

Start: ASAP

Hands-on technical role supporting the client's application security tooling and remediation within the new cybersecurity program.

Responsibilities:

• Support configuration and tuning of the client's application security tooling:
• SAST — Polaris
• DAST — Invicti
• Container security — Aqua
• Review and interpret scan reports
• Translate findings into clear, actionable remediation guidance for the teams supporting/developing the application(s)
• Advise engineering teams on how to fix identified vulnerabilities and help validate fixes

Requirements:

• Senior hands-on application security experience (SAST/DAST, container security)
• Ability to interpret scan output and communicate remediation clearly to developers
• Solid understanding of common web-app vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10) and secure coding
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Certifications (e.g. OSCP, GWAPT)
