- Lead high-visibility digital transformation initiatives that directly support business performance.
- Influence enterprise cybersecurity governance and risk management strategies.
- Partner closely with a global cybersecurity team and local technical experts, alongside executives and operational teams across North America.
- Own and prioritize a portfolio of innovative digital products and initiatives.
- Gain international exposure through collaboration with teams in France, Germany, and other global locations.
- Help shape how emerging technologies are adopted in a highly regulated industry.
- Identify business challenges that can be solved through technology.
- Partner with stakeholders to define clear business justification, expected outcomes, and measurable value.
- Build compelling business cases, including market assessment and ROI analysis.
- Track implementation success and champion user adoption.
- Serve as the Local Information Security Officer (LISO) for Installed Base America.
- Partner with corporate cybersecurity teams to manage cyber risks and support risk assessments for new technologies and vendors.
- Coordinate cybersecurity incident response activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards including NIST, ISO-based practices, export controls (10 CFR 810), and nuclear industry requirements.
- Support audits and drive corrective actions.
- Build and deliver cybersecurity awareness for division personnel, and review digital releases for security readiness before deployment.
- Own the digital product backlog, defining business requirements and success criteria.
- Translate operational needs into actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Lead change management efforts that drive successful implementation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications within our regulatory environment.
- Serve as the liaison between North American operations and global digital and data organizations, aligning on enterprise architecture and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of progressive experience across technology, digital, or cybersecurity roles.
- Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, or compliance – for example RMF/ATO execution, NIST, ISO 27001, or equivalent work in a regulated environment.
- A track record of translating business needs into outcomes – through product or portfolio ownership, business analysis, or technical program management.
- Experience developing business cases and evaluating return on investment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, or progress toward certification.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience with Agile product delivery or product ownership.
- Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) and field-service environments alongside corporate IT.
- Experience in a regulated industry (nuclear, defense, aerospace, government, or similar).
- Understanding of enterprise systems and how digital tools integrate into a broader technology ecosystem
- Salary: $99,000-$134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
