📌 Job description:

We are looking for a Senior Security Production Engineer with strong hands-on experience in cybersecurity production environments, with a focus on CyberArk PAM, data protection, CSIRT activities, and automation.

The candidate must be comfortable operating critical security platforms, handling complex incidents, improving controls, and working in a demanding banking environment.

🛠️ Your responsibilities:

• Operate and improve CyberArk PAM services in production.
• Manage privileged account lifecycle, vaulting, rotation, session monitoring, safes, platforms, and policies.
• Handle complex production incidents, investigations, and operational escalations.
• Contribute to CSIRT activities, including incident analysis, containment, remediation, and lessons learned.
• Support data protection controls related to sensitive data access, monitoring, audit trails, and leakage prevention.
• Automate security production tasks using scripting and APIs.
• Improve reliability, traceability, auditability, and operational resilience of security services.
• Work closely with SOC, CSIRT, IAM, infrastructure, risk, and compliance teams.

💼 Profile:

• At least 5y of experience in cybersecurity production, security operations, PAM, CSIRT, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk in production.
• Previous Level 2 / Level 3 operational experience.
• Good understanding of privileged access management, identity security, and access governance.
• Experience with incident response, technical investigations, and security controls.
• Strong scripting skills, for example PowerShell, Python, Bash, or REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, infrastructure, and security monitoring.
• Banking, financial services, or regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on, autonomous, and production-minded.
• Pragmatic, reliable, and focused on operational excellence.
• Capable of challenging existing practices and driving improvements.

Nice to Have:

• CyberArk certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SIEM, EDR, DLP, or IAM tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, or ITIL processes.
