AI Experience Innovation & Product Strategy- Lead the vision, strategy, and design of next-generation AI-powered customer experiences.
- Drive AI-assisted concept generation, product ideation, journey innovation, and future-state experience design.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to identify opportunities that create customer and business value.
- Translate ambiguous opportunities into compelling concepts, prototypes, and strategic product recommendations.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and evolving customer expectations.
- Drive the use of AI-powered prototyping tools to rapidly create concepts, conversational experiences, simulations, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Lead rapid experimentation, proof-of-concept development, and experience validation efforts.
- Leverage AI to generate user flows, content variations, service scenarios, and intelligent interactions for testing and evaluation.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to accelerate innovation from idea to implementation while maintaining usability, accessibility, and design excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of UX professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, curiosity, and continuous learning.
- Establish best practices for AI-enabled design workflows, experience strategy, and customer-centered design.
- Influence executive stakeholders through strong storytelling, vision-setting, and strategic thinking.
- Drive alignment across UX, Product, Engineering, Research, and Design System teams.
