Qualifications
Required- 8+ years of experience in UX, digital design, brand experience, or creative leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in digital design, UX, customer journey optimization, and website experience strategy.
- Proven experience leading large-scale marketing website initiatives and digital brand ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, information architecture, and customer engagement.
- Expert in Figma for concept development, high-fidelity prototyping, interactive experience design, and AI-assisted design workflows that rapidly bring ideas from concept to validation.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Digital Experience & UX Leadership- Lead the design and optimization of digital experiences across marketing websites, campaign destinations, and customer touchpoints.
- Develop customer-centered experiences that balance business goals, brand objectives, and user needs.
- Champion UX best practices, accessibility, content strategy, and conversion-focused design.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Content, Brand, and Technology teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.
- Ensure digital experiences consistently reflect and elevate the clients brands.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to bring storytelling and brand strategy to life through digital channels.
- Provide creative direction and feedback across design, content, visual storytelling, and experience execution.
- Help shape future-state brand experiences through innovation, customer insights, and emerging trends.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of designers and UX professionals.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across marketing, product, technology, and executive leadership teams.
- Establish scalable design processes, governance, and quality standards.
