Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IS Functional Analyst (m/f/d) - SAP Authorization who brings comprehensive security expertise to tackle complex challenges in Governance, Risk & Compliance. In this position, you will serve as a key contact for business needs and support the implementation and optimization of security solutions across our SAP environment.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• SAP Authorization Management: Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of authorization concepts across the entire SAP system landscape – including role management and access rights administration
• S/4HANA Migration: Preparation and execution of migration projects with focus on authorization structures and designs
• Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with GRC ARM processes, ITGC standards, and internal control frameworks, including implementation of mitigation controls
• Audit & Reporting: Support for internal audits, monitoring of control performance, as well as documentation and reporting on authorization and compliance activities
• Stakeholder Consulting: Advisory services and coordination with business units to determine requirements and close collaboration with IT Security and Audit teams
• Enterprise Architecture: Ensuring adherence to ABB Information Services Enterprise Architecture standards
• Trusted Advisor: Go-to contact for complex authorization and IT security matters
• Project Management: Steering and coordination of multiple projects while maintaining SLAs, quality standards, and adhering to timelines and budgets

Qualifications For The Role

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology or similar
• Min. 5 years experience in similar position
• Good knowledge of SAP Authorization and SAP GRC
• A background in programming language ABAP and Java is welcome - but not a must
• A collaborative, solution- and customer-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
• Business fluent German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
