You'll make your subject click for students, build genuine confidence, and inspire a love of learning - whether that's crafting a persuasive essay, solving a tricky equation, debugging a first program, planning a chess opening, or holding a conversation in a new language. 💼 What You'll Do Deliver engaging live 1:1 lessons tailored to each student's pace and learning style Break down core concepts in your subject into clear, relatable explanations Prepare students for relevant exams and assessments where applicable (GCSE, IGCSE, 11+, NAPLAN, ICAS, Selective Tests, or equivalent) Track progress, assign targeted practice, and provide detailed, constructive feedback Partner with parents through regular progress check-ins and readiness updates Stay current through our training and curriculum development programs ✅ What We're Looking For Must-Have: Bachelor's/Master's degree relevant to your subject (English/Literature, Math/Science, Computer Science, Modern Languages, or equivalent) Strong English communication - patient, articulate, and able to simplify complex concepts Subject-matter expertise, with exam-level or age-appropriate teaching ability Reliable tech setup: laptop/desktop with camera, mic, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps) Nice-to-Have: Teaching experience in EdTech, tutoring, schools, or competitive exam preparation Background in K-12 curriculum design and pedagogy for your subject Track record of improving student outcomes 🕐 Commitment Minimum 100 hours/month Choose UK or Australia timezone availability 💰 What You'll Earn INR 250–400 per class (depends on student tenure) INR 25,000–40,000/month potential Comprehensive training and onboarding Teaching certificates and recognition for top performers ❤️ Why Join?
