Selected candidates will take part in IAM Security projects for global and leading companies across Europe, working in complex, international environments.
What You’ll Do
Design, implement and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions aligned with business requirements and security policies
Configure and customize IAM platforms such as SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Okta and Ping Identity
Develop and maintain integrations between IAM tools and target systems (Active Directory, LDAP, SAP, databases, cloud platforms)
Support IAM activities including role mining, policy definition, access certifications and access reviews
Contribute to IAM architecture and strategy covering SSO, MFA, identity federation and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Participate in project planning, documentation, testing, and go‑live support within global delivery teamsWhat You’ll BringAt least 5 years of hands‑on experience in IAM projects (scope adjusted according to seniority)
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts: user lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication and authorization, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, and identity federation
Experience with one or more IAM platforms, including SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQ, One Identity Manager, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Ping Identity or Okta
Solid understanding of IAM-related protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and SCIM
Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD), databases, and web services (REST/SOAP)
Fluency in EnglishLegal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal.
What Will Set You Apart
Experience with One Identity Manager (particularly for provisioning, workflows, and customization)
Programming/scripting knowledge (Java, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL)
Certifications in IAM or security domains (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM, Azure AD, SailPoint, One Identity)
Cloud IAM experience (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM)
Familiarity with PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
Fluency in other European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish)Additional InformationFlexibility for regular travel within Europe for key project deliveries and client meetings.
