AI Security / GenAI Engineer

- Refine GenAI user stories end-to-end (incl. acceptance criteria/dependencies)
- Ownership of the GenAI scope and alignment with the EA team on scope, complexity and estimates
- Assess and validate GenAI impact on EA (feasibility, risks, architecture/data/security implications).
- Act as technical partner for the team on GenAI decisions and coordination
- Fluent and proficient usage of Agentic Development Tools as a software development and analysis tool (Claude Code, should be able to well articulate usage of Skills, MCP servers, Rules and Commands for a reliable and AI augmented daily development workflow)
- Thorough understanding of Agentic Systems design patterns and techniques
- Python, Vector stores and semantic search, Prompt Engineering and LLM call parametrization
- Experience with serverless architectures, most used services and integration on AWS (in order to own/maintain and extend all the existing and upcoming GenAI services served to the main application)
- DBT / snowflake understanding
- Background in security (application, cloud, or architecture)
- Understanding of GenAI / LLM-based solutions
- Experience with security reviews and defining technical controls
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy principles
- Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure environments
- Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar GenAI platforms
- Experience with Databricks, including securing:
- ML workflows and pipelines
- Notebooks and jobs
- Access control and data permissions
- Familiarity with:
- OWASP Top 10 for LLMs / Agentic AI
- SAIF (Secure AI Framework)
- Model Context Protocol (MCP), including MCP-38
- Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures
- Exposure to DevSecOps / MLOps
- Can translate security into clear technical requirements
- Strong risk identification and prioritization
- Able to challenge and validate implementations effectively
- Works well with security, engineering, and data teams
- Focused on practical, enforceable controls
