Information Technology Security Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Security Specialist to join a customer in Switzerland.

This is an operational role where you will manage ongoing corporate security work packages and contribute to the successful delivery of various project-related objectives. Security/Technology Risk Specialist with an ability to perform cyber/technology/Information & data risk assessments, technical controls reviews across multiple platforms which include Cloud applications, operating systems and network infrastructure.

Duties:

• Provide expert advice and operational experience on information security/ Technology / Information & data risk and control matters, throughout the organisation.
• Offer strategic advice and operational expertise on information security, technology, data privacy, and risk management across the organisation.
• Conduct risk assessments of new and existing initiatives that cover technology, security and data privacy requirements
• Review of existing standards/baselines and creation of new ones
• Conduct compliance reviews/audits of the organization’s information assets.

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, more senior profiles are preferred
• Certification in data privacy, technology risk or security-related disciplines and technologies would be an advantage (accreditation such as CIPP, CIPM, CDPSE, ISO 27001, CISSP, CISA, ITIL, COBIT etc)
• Experience with some of the following: Technology/Security risk assessments o Knowledge of cloud concepts o Knowledge of AI risks and controls
• Knowledge of operating systems, databases, application security, and operational risk concepts for IT systems
• Knowledge of cyber governance risk management practices
