We are looking for a Cyber Security Solution Engineer who is passionate about cybersecurity technologies and eager to take an active role in implementing, integrating, and supporting enterprise security platforms across customer environments.
Purpose of the Role
- Implement and integrate enterprise security platforms in customer environments.
- Support certificate and secrets management processes, including passwords, API keys, and tokens.
- Develop integrations and automation workflows between applications and security platforms.
- Deliver installation, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate enterprise security platforms in customer environments.
- Support certificate lifecycle and secrets management processes.
- Implement application and system integrations with security platforms and develop automation workflows.
- Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization activities on customer sites.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with Linux (preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux) environments.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Ability to develop basic scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration concepts.
- Ability to effectively leverage AI/LLM-powered tools in day-to-day technical work.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work directly with enterprise customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with PKI, Certificate Management, or Secrets Management technologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted automation, scripting, or troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or Red Hat OpenShift.
- Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
- Awareness of financial industry compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, KVKK, or BDDK regulations.
