Job Description:

Mapa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Manager to join our dynamic team in İstanbul-Maslak. As a Cyber Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security, integrity, and resilience of our information systems and digital assets. With your expertise, you will contribute to our ongoing success by proactively managing cyber risks, strengthening our security posture, and safeguarding our operations against evolving threats.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop, implement, and ensure the sustainability of the organization’s cybersecurity strategy
• Establish, update, and enforce information security policies, procedures, and standards across the organization
• Manage security operations effectively, including SOC, SIEM, and incident response processes
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate cybersecurity risks by developing and implementing appropriate action plans
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor penetration testing and vulnerability assessment activities
• Ensure and audit compliance with relevant national and international information security standards, including KVKK
• Prepare and present regular reports on risks, threats, and overall security posture to senior management
• Establish effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and execute training and awareness programs to enhance information security awareness across the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in network security, application security, data security, and cloud security
• Proven experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR
• Solid understanding of international information security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS
• Preferably holds globally recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Advanced level of English proficiency
