About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, and client-focused Cyber Security professional with 4–6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in cybersecurity along with excellent stakeholder management skills. This role requires someone who can effectively engage with clients, technology partners, and internal teams while driving cybersecurity initiatives and delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities

Cyber Security & Technical Responsibilities

• Assess, design, and implement cybersecurity solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
• Monitor security incidents, analyze threats, and recommend remediation strategies.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support security compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, or similar frameworks.
• Coordinate incident response activities and assist in forensic investigations when required.
• Work with cloud security technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Evaluate and recommend cybersecurity tools and solutions.

Client & Partner Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on cybersecurity strategy and risk management.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, security reviews, and solution discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology partners, and vendors.
• Understand client business challenges and align security solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with OEM partners and security vendors for solution design, licensing, and implementation support.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and cybersecurity consulting engagements.

Business & Leadership Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales, presales, and delivery teams to support business growth.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and security recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development.
• Stay updated with emerging cyber threats, technologies, and market trends.
• Drive multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security.
• Strong understanding of network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity management, and security operations.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, Vulnerability Management, IAM, DLP, WAF, and SOC operations.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and SOC 2.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and partner ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
