CDW is seeking a Principal Security Architect to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders. This highly visible role combines cybersecurity architecture, strategic consulting, and hands-on technical leadership to ensure security is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle and enterprise technology strategy
.
Responsibiliti
- esPartner with executives, business leaders, and engineering teams to align security strategy with business objective
- s.Lead application security architecture reviews and secure design assessment
- s.Drive adoption of secure development practices, DevSecOps methodologies, and cloud security framework
- s.Advise on security implications of new products, technologies, and business initiative
- s.Develop and promote defense-in-depth strategies across applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise system
- s.Provide thought leadership on emerging threats, cybersecurity trends, and compliance requirement
- s.Mentor architects, developers, and engineers on secure coding practices and OWASP Top 10 principle
- s.Participate in strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and enterprise architecture discussion

Required Qualificati
- ons7+ years of experience in Security Architecture, Application Security, Cybersecurity Consulting, or Security Leadership rol
- es.Strong experience with secure application design, threat modeling, and security architecture revie
- ws.Expertise in cloud and container security, including AWS, Kubernetes, and Dock
- er.Experience implementing DevSecOps practices within modern software development environmen
- ts.Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), SAML, Federation, and authentication technologi
- es.Ability to communicate complex security concepts to executive and non-technical audienc
- es.Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive security initiatives across large organizatio

- ionsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipl
