On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager for a 12-month contract based in London (hybrid working).
NatWest is a major UK retail bank, providing every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.
Purpose of the role:
Lead the commercial card product portfolio, driving product strategy, digital customer journey enhancement, and end-to-end delivery of new product launches. The role is responsible for managing a team of Product Managers, owning commercial performance, and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver growth, customer value, and business outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team within the commercial cards portfolio.
- Own the end-to-end commercial card product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
- Drive new product launches from concept through implementation and market adoption.
- Build and enhance digital customer journeys to improve customer experience and engagement.
- Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and commercial teams.
- Maintain commercial accountability for product performance, including growth opportunities and P&L outcomes.
The skills you'll need:
- Strong commercial card / corporate card product management experience, including debit, credit, virtual, and purchasing cards.
- Proven P&L ownership and financial acumen, with experience driving product growth and commercial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to launch new products and deliver end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Experience leading and developing product teams within a complex business environment.
