Wir suchen einen Senior-Profil im Bereich Cybersecurity & Risk Advisory (DACH) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams – mit einer hybriden Rolle, die strategische Beratung, technische Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten und die Positionierung als Vordenker im Bereich Cybersecurity kombiniert.

Wen suchen wir?

Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Senior-Expertin/-Experten mit fundierter Erfahrung in Cybersecurity und Risk Advisory, strategischem Branchenverständnis, regulatorischem Know-how und der Fähigkeit, auf höchstem Niveau mit CISOs und Compliance-Stakeholdern zu interagieren.

Die ausgewählte Person spielt eine Schlüsselrolle in der Kundeninteraktion, führt technische Gespräche und positioniert unsere Kompetenzen im Bereich Cybersecurity.

Rolle

Hybride Rolle aus Advisor + Technical Presales + Thought Leader (öffentliche Stimme):

• Führung technischer Gespräche mit CISOs und Compliance Officers
• Agieren als fachlicher Referent in Cybersecurity-Advisory-Initiativen
• Unterstützung von Presales-Prozessen mit technischem und strategischem Input
• Beitrag zur Positionierung des Unternehmens als Experte im Ecosystem
• Keine Implementierungsrolle und kein produktzentrierter Sales-Engineer

Must-have Anforderungen

• Deutsch als Muttersprache
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Erfahrung in multinationalen Teams
• Ausgeprägte Soft Skills (Kommunikation, Einflussnahme, Executive Stakeholder Management)

Beruflicher Hintergrund

• 10–15 Jahre Erfahrung in Cybersecurity und Risk Advisory
• Breites Verständnis von Cybersecurity-Produkten und -Services
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Interpretation von:
• NIS2
• Regulatorischem Umfeld: LkSG, CSDDD, CRA

Fachliche Kenntnisse

Kenntnisse in GRC-Frameworks:

• ISO 27001
• IT-Grundschutz
• NIST CSF

Bevorzugte Profile

• Senior Consultant bei einer Big4 (PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte) im Bereich Cyber Risk (DACH)
• Ehemaliger CISO oder Deputy CISO eines deutschen Mittelstandsunternehmens (Industrie)
• Senior Consultant in einer deutschen Cybersecurity-Boutique (z. B. HiSolutions, Limes, Admeritia)

Soft Skills

• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf C-Level

We are looking for a Senior profile in Cybersecurity & Risk Advisory (DACH focus) to join our team, in a hybrid role combining strategic advisory, technical presales, and positioning as a thought leader in cybersecurity.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a senior professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and risk advisory, a strong strategic view of the sector, solid regulatory knowledge, and the ability to engage at the highest level with CISOs and compliance stakeholders.

The selected candidate will play a key role in client interactions, leading technical discussions and positioning our cybersecurity capabilities.

Role

Hybrid role: Advisor + Technical Presales + Public Voice (Thought Leadership)

• Lead technical conversations with CISOs and Compliance Officers
• Act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity advisory initiatives
• Support presales processes with technical and strategic input
• Contribute to positioning the company as an expert within the ecosystem
• Not focused on implementation or acting as a product-centric sales engineer

Mandatory Requirements

• Native-level German
• High level of English proficiency
• Experience working in multinational teams
• Strong soft skills (communication, influence, executive-level stakeholder management)

Background

• 10–15 years of experience in cybersecurity and risk advisory
• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity products and services
• Strong interpretative understanding of:
• NIS2
• Regulatory landscape: LkSG, CSDDD, CRA

Required Knowledge
