The Opportunity

As the Director of Information Security GRC, you'll report directly to the VP of Information Security and become a key member of the cybersecurity leadership tea

m.You'll lead the organisation's enterprise-wide Governance, Risk & Compliance strategy, partnering with Executive Leadership, Legal, Internal Audit, Procurement, HR and Technology teams to strengthen cyber resilience and embed security across a large, complex international business.This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence business decisions at executive level while driving strategic transformation across multiple countries.

We're Looking For Someone Who

✅ Built or significantly transformed an enterprise Information Security GRC functions

✅ Worked within large multinational or global organisations

✅ Led Governance, Risk & Compliance programmes across multiple countries

✅ Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-Level stakeholders and Boards

✅ Deep knowledge of Information Security Governance and Enterprise Risk

✅ Experience with

• ISO 27001
• NIST / NIST
• CSFPCI
• DSSEnterprise Risk Frameworks
• Security Governance
• Regulatory Compliance
• Internal & External Audits
• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
