SI Senior Security Specialist

e-Portal is actively recruiting for the role of SI Senior Security Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced network security and cybersecurity solutions across diverse client environments and ensure SLA compliance through preventive maintenance, proactive monitoring, and L3 troubleshooting to resolve complex issues and safeguard mission critical systems by collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross functional teams, they integrate security seamlessly into broader architectures and projects. The role drives innovation by adopting new technologies, anticipating emerging threats, and shaping future ready security strategies through technical expertise and trusted client engagement.

Roles And Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Design, deploy, and manage cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, endpoint protection) across environments.
• Ensure system security and SLA compliance through monitoring, preventive maintenance, and advanced (L3) troubleshooting.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis with actionable remediation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage tickets and progress, and ensure timely project delivery without SLA breaches.
• Lead incident response, enforce security policies, maintain documentation, and provide expert guidance aligned with business goals.

To qualify for this role, you must meet the below minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 6-7 years of experience in security engineering or a related role, preferably in the Telecommunication, Technology or ICT industry.
