As our new IT Security Engineer in the Engineering Operations team in Copenhagen, Luxembourg or Warsaw, you’ll experience an open and knowledge driven culture, where everyone can thrive, connect with colleagues, learn and grow. In this role you will help deliver security services to all components of the business. You will be supporting both operations and architecture functions as well as development teams and information security to ensure best-in-class security services in the entire organization.

• Manage, deploy and maintain various technical IT security products
• Design and implement technical IT security services and solutions
• Embed security into the software development lifecycle by advising engineering teams on secure design, secure coding practices, threat modelling, and application risk reduction.
• Strengthen application and code security through vulnerability management, dependency analysis and remediation guidance.
• Partner with DevOps and development to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code workflows, container platforms, and cloud-native environments.
• Support the secure adoption of AI-enabled tools and services by assessing risks related to model usage, governance, and secure engineering practices, while securing guardrails for modern engineering environments.
• Maintain, enhance, and contribute to scripts and automation tools.

Things we’ll look for on your resume

To be a successful candidate, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role preferably within a regulated entity where you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

We are particularly looking for expertise in Azure Cloud, application, code and endpoint security, intrusion detection, and the ability to design secure networks, systems, and application architectures. Additionally, concrete experience with threat detection and incident handling would be a considerable advantage.

Beyond technical skills, we value a collaborative and open attitude – being a true team player is essential. It's important to communicate your ideas clearly while also listening and engaging with others. We also need you to be able to translate complex technical solutions so they're clear and concise for our non-technical colleagues, ensuring everyone stays informed about urgent incidents, tasks, and work instructions.

Please note, some flexibility will be required, as there may be times when working different hours or weekends will be necessary.
