Own and contribute to the end-to-end IAM solution delivery within the Access Governance domain, ensuring secure, compliant, and fit-for-purpose implementation of the IAM platform across IT and OT environments.
Lead and support the architecture and rollout of the IGA solution for the OT domain, engaging with business units, global IT, and OT stakeholders to address regulatory, partner, and customer security requirements.
Shape and execute the OT IAM rollout roadmap, onboarding OT assets onto the IGA platform and driving delivery against key Go-Live milestones in Q2 2026, Q1 2027, and subsequent phases.
Apply and uphold IAM security best practices, guidelines, blueprints, and design patterns, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and OT-specific constraints.
Act as a trusted IAM advisor to stakeholders, translating security concerns and regulatory requirements into scalable access governance solutions embedded into operational and delivery processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- End-to-end participation and lead role in OT IGA project roll out, including requirement analysis and review, technical and low level design implementations, review of code, UAT, support pre and post deployment activities.
- Provide technical L3 support, including but not limited to: certificate changes, advance troubleshooting, patch and sailpoint security fixes management, performing any release and hotfix.
- Perform application lifecycle management across the IGA solution for all types of applications within the OT landscape, including but not limited to Active Directory, delimited file, Linux, Windows server, REST.
- Perform code review and changes made by vendor and provide recommendation on best practices on the IGA platform and security, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Assume technical application responsibility (TAR) of the OT IGA solution and coordinate activities with the infrastructure operations team on network, server, OS and DB issues, ensure timely planning of system maintenance and service windows.
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience delivering technical implementations of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including configuration, customization, and enterprise-scale deployments.
- IAM engineering & operations: Strong experience in the technical maintenance, development, and troubleshooting of one or more IAM technologies, ensuring platform reliability, security, and performance.
- Access governance delivery: Proven experience implementing IAM and Access Governance solutions and toolsets within large-scale, multi-site enterprise environments.
- Application onboarding: Solid familiarity with application onboarding practices, including connector integrations, entitlement modeling, and lifecycle workflow design.
- IAM domain expertise: Strong understanding of IAM principles and practices, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access control (RBAC); exposure to OT environments is an advantage.
- Agile ways of working: Experience working in agile delivery environments, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration & stakeholder engagement: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with virtual, culturally diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Practical Information:
- Duration: 03-08-2026 - 30-12-2027.
- Working hours: 37 hours per week.
- Work setup: Hybrid setup with minimum two days onsite per week.
- The consultant must be based in Denmark or the Malmö area.
