Collaboration and communication are key, as the engineer navigates complex technical environments to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to enhance software quality and reliability.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to streamline testing workflows.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
