Key Responsibilities
- Conduct OT/ICS security assessments across global manufacturing sites.
- Perform risk and gap analyses against ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, and ICS‑CERT guidelines.
- Maintain OT asset inventories including firmware versions, network diagrams, and data flows.
- Design and enforce segmentation aligned to the Purdue Model.
- Recommend and oversee deployment of OT‑specific security controls.
- Serve as the primary OT security contact for each facility.
- Lead OT‑specific incident response planning and tabletop exercises.
- Develop OT security policies, standards, and governance aligned to ISO 27001 and ISA 62443.
- Track OT threat intelligence and update risk registers accordingly.
- Promote OT security awareness across engineering and operations teams.
- Drive automation, standardization, and modernization to improve service quality, reduce manual effort, and increase operational maturity.
- Evaluate and apply AI‑driven capabilities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen insights, and accelerate automation while maintaining governance and control.
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with 5+ years focused on OT/ICS environments.
- Deep expertise with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, or equivalent OT frameworks.
- Proven experience securing SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric, ABB, GE, etc.).
- Strong understanding of industrial network architecture, the Purdue Model, OT/IT DMZ design, and protocol security.
- Experience working in multi‑site, globally distributed manufacturing environments.
- Ability to operate independently and drive assessments, planning, communication, and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in network security, firewall management, and segmentation.
- Experience with OT security monitoring platforms.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies including IIoT, MES, and digital twins.
- Familiarity with cloud‑connected OT environments and secure remote access architectures.
