Cyber Security Engineer
Indexed description
Our team of customer-focused problem solvers are passionate about helping organizations to communicate better. We do this together by constantly working to improve every service and product we offer. With offices in Manchester, New York, Dubai, Warsaw, and Poland, we operate across North America, EMEA, and Australia.
Click on any of our vacancies and you’ll see one thing in common – they all begin with this message. Why? Because at Interact we treat everyone with the same respect and honesty. Whether you’re a developer fresh out of college or a seasoned salesperson, we live the motto that we uphold for our customers: our people are our most valuable assets.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not a monitoring role. You will design, build, and automate the security capabilities that protect our platform and customers — owning tooling and detection end to end rather than operating what someone else configured. You'll take our Splunk estate, cloud security controls, and incident response capability from where they are today to where they need to be, treating security as a software and engineering problem: codified, tested, automated, and measurable.
We're looking for a genuine engineer. If your background is running dashboards and triaging alerts in a large team where the hard problems were solved by someone else, this isn't the role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
