DevSecOps Engineer

Position Overview

BNP Paribas Cardif is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to work on Toolchain and vulnerabilities management activities. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will ensure the production, maintainability, and security compliance of functional, technical, and editor Docker images. You will work closely with developers worldwide to reach the security level expected by the BNP Paribas group security teams and provide them with fresh and supported images regarding new needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Create, update, and ensure the security of technical, functional, and editor images using developers' best practices and continuous improvement.
• Make sure development security is aligned with security recommendations and update, launch CI, and ensure the technical expected behavior of eligible applications by delegation of developers' teams.
• Provide technical and functional support to users during development, build, scanning, and releasing phases.
• Assist subsidiaries during partner onboarding phases.
• Organize and keep track of every activity, providing weekly feedback to the Cloud DEVOPS COE team.

Required Education, Skills, AND Experience (MUST‑HAVE)

• Minimum 5 years of experience along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Docker.
• Knowledge of Toolchain.
• IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Expert-level security and vulnerability management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with teamwork and Agile organization.
• Ability to collaborate, resilience, organizational skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to communicate efficiently.

Preferred Education, Skills, AND Experience (NICE‑TO‑HAVE)

• Proficiency in French.
• Experience with measuring and identifying areas for improving quality and overall delivery.
• Ability to understand, explain, and support change.
• Ability to set up relevant performance indicators.
