What To Expect
- Coordinate patching and remediation activities across infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed within defined timelines and risk tolerances
- Real response to changing threat environments driven from AI vulnerability discovery and security analysis tools
- Ensure patch management processes align with enterprise standards, security policies, and regulatory expectations
- Participate in governance forums (e.g., CAB, risk reviews) and ensure timely completion of remediation actions based on priority and risk
- Proactively assess and manage security risk exposure, identifying gaps in patch coverage and executing mitigation plans
- Build strong relationships across Technology and business teams to drive accountability and resolution of security and patching issues
- Experience in technologies such as Cloud, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Certificate management.
- Experience with virtualized technologies such as VMWare Vcentre, ESXi, etc.
- Able to coordinate small operational projects
- Strong experience in windows patching technologies
- Experience with virtualized desktop environments such as Microsoft WVD
- Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Service Now
- Experience with tools such as Qualys Eliminate
- Certifications:
- Microsoft MTA/MCSA/MCSE.
- VMware VCP / VCAP
- ITIL Foundation.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in supporting server infrastructure
