Job Title: Cloud Security DevOps Engineer

Duration: Long-term

Workload: Full time hours

Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)

Location: Budapest, hybrid working

We need a hands-on Cloud Security DevOps Engineer to design and scale secure, automated dashboard and reporting solutions across multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain enterprise dashboards integrating data across cloud and security platforms
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines with embedded security (DevSecOps practices)
• Automate workflows and integrate tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
• Build AI-driven chatbots/agents to enable self-service reporting and insights
• Deliver metrics, KPIs and service health dashboards for stakeholders
• Collaborate across engineering, cloud and business teams to support remediation and compliance
• Own end-to-end delivery of features, driving measurable outcomes

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years in Cloud Security / DevSecOps / Platform Engineering
• Strong multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Expertise in Security as Code / Policy as Code and CI/CD security integration
• Programming in Python (preferred), Go or Java
• Experience with security tooling (e.g. CrowdStrike, Prisma, Wiz, Orca, Trend)
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and security frameworks
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira and Git-based workflows

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AI-driven automation or chatbot development
• SAP cloud or large-scale enterprise security programmes
• Background in SRE or platform engineering
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging and reporting platforms
