Your Mission
As IT & Cybersecurity Manager, you will take ownership of both corporate IT security and product cybersecurity activities. You will act as the central security authority for Europe, ensuring the protection of internal IT infrastructure, business systems, cloud environments, and EV charging products.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate IT Security & Governance
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security audits.
• Establish security monitoring, incident response, and business continuity processes.
• Coordinate external security assessments and penetration testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR and related regulations.
Product Cybersecurity (EV Charging Infrastructure)
• Define and implement cybersecurity requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support secure-by-design and secure software development practices.
• Coordinate product security testing, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing of charging systems.
• Lead threat modeling and cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Support compliance with IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434, OCPP Security Profiles and related standards.
Security Operations & Leadership
• Serve as the primary cybersecurity expert for European operations.
• Coordinate with global teams to align cybersecurity strategies.
• Manage external cybersecurity consultants, auditors, and testing partners.
• Support customer cybersecurity assessments and security questionnaires.
Your Profile
Education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or a comparable role.
• Proven experience implementing IT security programs and governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management and penetration testing.
• Experience assessing embedded systems, IoT devices, industrial systems, or connected products.
