Job Location:- Bangkok, Thailand

Experience:- 8+ Years

• Manage and maintain firewall infrastructure, including BAU requests, firmware upgrades, hardening, and maintenance activities.
• Translate business and technical requirements into firewall policy change requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely completion of firewall changes within defined SLAs.
• Monitor security advisories and threat alerts; perform impact analysis and plan necessary remediation or upgrades.
• Plan and execute firmware upgrades with minimal or zero downtime; communicate and align with stakeholders when downtime is required.
• Support troubleshooting and technical investigations related to firewall systems.
• Track, manage, and report firewall-related activities, incidents, and operational metrics on a regular basis.
• Identify risks, issues, and delays, and escalate when necessary.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in firewall and network security management.
• Strong experience with firewall technologies across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Good understanding of incident management and incident response processes.
• Exposure to multi-platform environments (OS, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures).
• Experience with additional security solutions such as Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Network Access Control (NAC) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
